Unfortunately, the communication between suppliers, customers and freight forwarders do not always work well.
The truck that was sent to us was not able to take the excavator. When the 821M stood above we had a height of 5.35 m. Impossible to send the truck on the road. By removing the stick cylinder, the boom could be further lowered, so that we had a transport height of 3.98 m.
